By creating an account or using QuotesReady.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuotesReady.com.

2. Description of Service

QuotesReady.com is an AI-powered quoting, invoicing, and business management platform designed for UK tradespeople. The Service allows users to create professional quotes, send invoices, manage clients, and track business performance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate trade business in the United Kingdom to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.

5. Subscription and Billing

QuotesReady.com is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually for the Annual plan) in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Current Subscription Plans:

  • Starter — $19.99/month
  • Pro — $39.99/month
  • Team — $99/month (up to 5 users)
  • Annual — $248/year (up to 10 users)

Free Trials: All plans (Starter, Pro, Team, and Annual) include a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. A valid credit or debit card is required to activate the free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, the standard plan rate applies automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no minimum commitment periods, no lock-in contracts, and no cancellation fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage your subscription, update payment details, or cancel at any time via the billing portal in your account settings.

Free Marketplace Advert: Subscribers on the Pro, Team, or Annual plan are entitled to one free Standard Marketplace Advert (normally $20/month). This is redeemable via a unique coupon code issued in Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. The free advert is valid for the duration of an active qualifying subscription. One redemption per account.

5a. Advertising Marketplace — Billing

QuotesReady.com operates a Trades Advertising Marketplace. Advertising packages are separate from QuotesReady subscriptions and are billed independently on a monthly basis.

Advertising Packages:

  • Standard — $20/month per category
  • Silver — $35/month per category
  • Gold Featured — $50/month per category

Advertising subscriptions renew monthly. Adverts go live automatically upon successful payment and are deactivated if payment fails or the subscription is cancelled. Advertisers may cancel at any time through their Advertiser Portal; the advert remains live until the end of the current billing period.

QuotesReady.com reserves the right to suspend or remove any advert that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or contains false, misleading, or unlawful content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create fraudulent or misleading quotes or invoices
  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage our reputation

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI quote generator provides suggestions based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. We make no warranty that AI-generated quotes will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.

By using AI features, you acknowledge that the AI may produce errors and that final responsibility for all documents sent to clients rests with you.

8. Intellectual Property

The QuotesReady.com platform, including its software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business purposes.

You retain ownership of all content you create within the platform (quotes, invoices, client data). You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotesReady.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
